This service consists of examination of parts or components in accordance with the Customer quality specifications The selection can be carried out at the Customer’s site, at supplier’s site or at other individually specified location.
2. Final Product Quality Control
Inspection of finished product in terms of quality with our full responsibility for the final result of the work done. Main target is to eliminate unexpected costs associated with complaints coming from the supply chain.
3. Rework of components and finished products
This service consists in correcting the defect in the product by using appropriate tools, in order to restore the functional properties of the part. We guarantee that after the rework only components that meet the quality specification requirements reach the production line.
4. CSL1 and CSL2 Service
CSL 1 covers 100% control of the product separately from the standard production process. In CSL 2 the supplier is required to continue CSL 1 inspections and add an additional redundant inspection process performed by a third party sorting company. We can offer our services on both CSL1 and CSL2 cases. The selection can be carried out at the Customer’s site, at supplier’s site or at other individually specified location. The control guarantees that the final recipient receives deliveries that meet the agreed quality standards. This service includes technical assistance for the Customer, essential in relationships with the supplier, in order to analyze and solve qualitative issues.
5. Resident Service
Our Resident will be in constant contact with the recipient’s engineers, as well as with our Client, ensuring the efficient flow of information and always acting on behalf of the interests of the Client. The resident is also responsible for preparing and submitting the day-to-day inspection reports. The main advantages of the Resident are quick response to a problem, verification and analysis of a defect, immediate contact with a supplier to provide details (photos, shipping parts for analysis, etc.) and common appropriate reaction.
6. Packing and repacking of goods
The service refers to packaging of components or finished products before shipping to the Customer. Labeling of boxes and additional handling are included.
