Reaction time
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Arrangements are done to meet the Customers individual requirements always in specified time.
Coordination
Each Customer will have a Coordinator assigned, available 24 hours a day for the entire duration of the contract. The designated coordinator is responsible to manage the required trained staff and supervises their work. The coordinator is also responsible for preparing and submitting the control reports, as well as day-to-day contact with the Customer and/or supplier.
